Job Description:

1. Assisted NPI engineers to complete mass production introduction of new products, independently planned pre-mass production preparation, and led the implementation of planning content

2. Handling abnormal problems in mass production and closed-loop management. Improve production efficiency and yield, achieve efficiency and quality indicators

3. Strong communication and coordination ability, on-site guide assembly, debugging, and solve technical problems in the production and assembly process;

4. Plan and supervise the implementation and implementation of process planning and process requirements, collect data, be good at summarizing and analyzing data and applying data.

Application requirements:

1. Optical, physics, mechatronics, mechanical and electrical engineering or related majors, NPI import or mass production experience is preferred

2. More than 1 year experience in non-standard equipment industry, anomaly handling, process planning or efficiency yield improvement experience

3. Rich on-site analysis and problem solving skills

4. Have a certain process planning and lean improvement ability and copy output skills
